《More than a Concert: 把自己還給自己》

 

「也許是縈繞紛亂的人和事，令你無暇自顧，

你看著自己，恍如陌生人。

可是除了你，有誰可以把你還給自己?」

 

七零八落的小故事，九首跨時代樂章，組成生命的脈絡，陪伴城市裡的你、我、他找回失落的自己。

 

敲擊樂手及歌手羅鎧欣聯同多個創作單位，結合古典、當代、流行音樂，文字創作和投射影像三大元素，舉辦兩場多媒體音樂會。當中包括J.S. Bach, Eric Sammut, Matthias Schmitt, Osvaldo Golijov, Paul Smadbeck及 Damien Rice 等的作品，由敲擊樂、大提琴、鍵盤、結他及歌手組成的六人樂隊以嶄新編配演奏。

文字創作由羅鎧欣親自操刀，配合本地微電影製作單位Chroma Noise，以一曲一故事的形式，串連城市裡眾人零碎的故事，觸動心靈。

《More than a Concert: 把自己還給自己》

 

Nine inter-era music pieces and short stories combined within the context of life, and the journey to recovering the long lost self.

 

Percussionist and singer Heidi Law, along with an ensemble of percussion, cello, keyboard and voice, is going to give two multimedia concerts in December 2013. Presenting 9 stories with live performance of classical, contemporary and alternative pop music. Program includes works of J.S. Bach, Eric Sammut, Matthias Schmitt, Osvaldo Golijov, Paul Smadbeck, Damien Rice and etc.

 

Through live music intertwined with delicate text, and adornment of refined video projections, audience will be led to the journey in listening to the souls of our city.
